Important Notes

This insurance does not cover the cost of gradual deterioration. This insurance is not a maintenance contract. The insured home is only applicable to private building situated in Hong Kong and solely occupied for dwelling purpose only. The insured home is built of bricks, stones and concrete and roofed with concrete. All structures of the insured home must be legally constructed. Proposer must be a Hong Kong citizen or resident in Hong Kong holding a valid HKID card. We do not accept your application if the age of your home building is over 35 years. We do not accept public housing estate, subdivided flat and house. Your home must not be left unoccupied for more than thirty (30) consecutive days. Section 4 is an optional cover and only operative on payment of extra premium. Section 4 - Building : Maximum Limit of Indemnity is up to the sum insured or the rebuilding cost of Building, whichever is the less. All coverages are subject to the terms and conditions of the Policy.
